Key Responsibilities
Design and Development: Design and develop mechanical systems in collaboration with cross-functional teams; create detailed CAD models and engineering drawings; conduct simulations and feasibility studies to optimize designs.
Prototyping and Testing: Supervise prototype fabrication; analyze test data; troubleshoot mechanical issues; provide design improvement recommendations.
Documentation: Maintain accurate design records; prepare technical reports and presentations; ensure compliance with industry standards.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on mechanical engineering advancements; participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or a closely related field) from an accredited university.
Proficiency in CAD software ( Autodesk Fusion 360, Inventor, or similar).
Basic understanding of finite element analysis (FEA) would be advantageous.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
